We all know seersucker from the summer cloth in navy/white & pink/white the classic preppy armour. This Summer you will rock the house in your green or olive seersucker suit. You can wear it uptight with a tie or just casual with knitted polo or casual shirt.

Preppy New New England Style

Today, it has been the first beautiful day of the year and you smell the spring already.

This weather makes you hunger for those summery fabrics like madras, oxford, seersucker for suits and light weight cotton cable knits. I found these pictures in the March 2014 issue of GQ, English actor Theo James was photographed by Carter Smith.

WAITING FOR SPRING

"THIS IS SO LAST SEASON"

Maybe for guys like Nick Wooster this is all so last season, but certainly not for us earthlings. Look how he combines patterns in a very stylish way. Camouflage, seersuckers, madras, paisley prints it all looks very naturally. Isee, Itry and Idopt. 

CHAD @ RUGBY

During my last trip to the States, I visited some Rugby Stores in Greenwich & New Canaan, CT, Natick, Ma. and the one in Chicago, Il. I had the change to take some pictures of the Summer 2011 collection which was loaded with madras checks, seersucker and sun-bleached polo's. I loved these faded colors as they mix very well with white and khaki, even army green looks great with it.
