OLD SOULS - COLD SPRINGS,NY

From the owner:

"The idea of Old Souls was born about a year ago at a tiny local restaurant over a plate of fried chicken.  Opened in July ‘13, it’s already building out a new, larger space next door.  The shop’s collection focuses on outfitting for field, camp and home with hand picked, quality goods, most of them made in the US.  Larger heritage brands like Filson, Pendleton and Stanley are complimented by smaller makers like Topo Designs, Tanner Goods and Otter Wax.  James is a fly fishing guide and instructor and takes clients out on the famous trout rivers of the Catskills and of course, has a few secret spots of his own that he can’t reveal to the public!” -Tara, Old Souls Brand

Their website is still in the making, but check them out on facebook and if you’re in town stop by the shop and get yourself something beautiful!   61 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY.

TANNER GOOD(IE)S FLAGSHIP STORE- PORTLAND, OREGON

Last year I bought my very first Tanner Goods key lanyard @ Club Monaco, not knowing that this product was made by a bunch of people with a great passion for leather and that they have their own store.
The store concept was designed around the brand’s heritage leather goods line. Dark walls, doug fir reclaimed from an eastern Oregon barn, hand crafted light fixtures, and exposed brick showcase the belts, wallets and bags Tanner Goods is undeniably known for. With the tagline, handcrafted in the USA, it seems that each and every fixture for the Tanner Goods Flagship be made in Portland, Oregon or sourced from ebay and local antique shops. POP UP FLEA V - NEW YORK

Just some inspirational pictures of the Pop Up Flea V - which was held this weekend in New York @ the Dive In Studios, this year it's the fifth time in a row,  Michael Williams of ACL organized this event. With vendors like Filson, Tanner Goods, LL Bean, Hickoree's, Union Made etc. you feel yourself like a kid in a toy story.
