For me this is the best collab of the year! Todd Snyder X LLBean. It's the first time the Freeport, Maine brand does a collaboration with another brand. That makes it unique and one of a kind but it taste like more.

NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC - WE ARE ALL EXPLORERS

Last week I visited the Antwerp showrooms of D-Lux Concept to explore the National Geographic collection for Fall/Winter 2020.

We all know National Geographic as the no1 story teller, with rich content and a big inspiration. Beautiful pictures and stories about nature at its finest. As from now we can explore the world in the National Geographic collection.

Sustainability is one of the cornerstones of the National Geographic brand, so also the National Geographic Apparel are taking their social and environmental responsibility very seriously. The National Geographic Apparel is produced with ecological cotton, recycled fillers, recycled down feathers and recycled nylon. Their goal is to become 100% sustainable by 2025.

The collection range is broad with down jackets, down vests, knits, sweaters and accessories built around 3 colour stories. The Iconic yellow and black, an outdoorsy pale blue and camel and a fashionable olive and orange.

My personal favorite is the Iconic Explorer Jacket in National Geographic yellow.

INTRODUCING LEWIS & CLARK FALL/WINTER 2019

This is the first season of Lewis & Clark, a collection of Outdoor Jackets, Knits and Sweats.

Lewis & Clark is a Dutch based brand with inspiration of the expeditions which Lewis & Clark made from the East Coast of the USA via the rugged Mid West to the easy laid back coast of California.

The themes for this Fall/Winter are Ivy League in this theme you find your crewneck sweats with all over embroidery and with club patch. Jackets are in bold colors like yellow and cobalt blue. Explorers Club os based on hoodies in olive and navy with trail patches and a camo sweat in blue tones. Jackets in a longer length to keep you protected from the cold in Green, Mid blue and the eye gathers burnt orange. Later this season they will come with heavy knits to keep you warm during the cold winters ahead,

BACK TO THE 90S - SNOW BEACH COLLECTION

With its graphic compositions, oversized logos, and bright color blocking, Ralph Lauren’s Snow Beach Collection hit all the fashion notes of the early 90’s. It wasn’t, however, until 1994 when Wu-Tang’s Raekwon wore the pullover in their “Can It All Be So Simple” video that it gained notoriety in the hip hop world, quickly propelling the sweater from branded product to highly coveted, collector’s item status.

To celebrate Snow Beach’s 25th anniversary, the team at Ralph Lauren has both reissued and reimagined the collection’s pieces, in the signature designs and colors. Consisting of the original ten styles from the 1993 release, the Color capsule includes: the iconic pullover, vests, caps, and bucket hats. New pieces include color-blocked rugby shirts, a poncho, backpack, waist pack, and high-top sneakers.

The collection was sold-out within a day online, it still is possible to create greed.
