This is a great way to go to the city in a short and not look like a tourist. Pull it off with a summer style blazer, like a seersucker, a madras or even a cotton double breasted blazer. Oh....... and no flip-flops aloud, we talk real footwear here!!! (pics via www.rugby.com)
